For many years, it has been our privilege to serve as the agent for Ocean Network Express in the Greek market. This partnership has been a cornerstone of our business, and we have greatly valued the relationship we have built with you during this time.
In a strategic move to further streamline and enhance customer service, ONE has established its own local branch, Ocean Network Express (Europe) Limited, Greece Foreign Branch (ONE Greece). With the launch of this new office, all of ONE's sales, operations, and customer service activities will be perfomed by ONE Greece, effective December 1, 2025.
We want to assure you that this transition has been meticulously planned to ensure that your business experiences a seamless continuation of service. The professionals you have come to know and trust from ENA Shipping will be supporting and joining the new ONE Greece team, providing a bridge of familiar faces and expertise. As of 1st of December 2025, please direct all future inquiries, bookings, and operational requests to the new ONE Greece office.
Vessels with an ETB until 30/11/2025 will be handled by ENA Shipping SA even after the 1st of December 2025.
Our company operates with a limited number of staff.
For your best service our offices remain open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from nine in the morning to five in the afternoon.
